It is not the official website of Shang Properties, Inc. By using it you agree to these terms.

We take care to keep project details accurate, but descriptions, photographs, floor areas, completion dates and amenities are for general information and may change as each development progresses.

Prices, reservation fees and payment terms shown here are indicative. The final price, unit availability and payment schedule are confirmed by our sales team when you reserve a unit, and bank financing is subject to the bank's own approval.

Nothing on this website is an offer or a contract. A sale is governed only by the reservation agreement and contract you sign.

When you send an inquiry you agree that our sales team may contact you by phone, email or WhatsApp about that inquiry. How we handle your details is explained in our Privacy Notice.

Project names, logos and photographs belong to their respective owners and are shown to present the developments. You may not copy them for other purposes.
