About this website
shangproperties.ph is an independent sales website presenting six residential developments by Shang Properties. It is not the official website of Shang Properties, Inc. This notice explains what happens to the information you give us through our inquiry form.
What we collect
When you send an inquiry we collect what you type into the form:
- your full name, email address and phone number
- the residence and number of bedrooms you are interested in
- your message
We also record the page you were on, the button you clicked, any campaign tags in the page address (for example from an advertisement), and technical details your browser sends with every request: your IP address and browser type.
We do not ask for payment details, identification numbers or other sensitive information.
Why we use it
Only to answer your inquiry: to send you the prices, floor plans or other information you asked for, to arrange a viewing, and to follow up on your interest in that residence. We do not add you to marketing lists and we do not sell your information.
Who receives it
Your inquiry is saved in this website's own database and emailed to our sales team, who answer it. Our email delivery service and website hosting provider handle the data only to deliver those emails and run the site.
If you choose to continue on WhatsApp, WhatsApp opens with your details already typed in. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp, and what you send there is also governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep your inquiry for as long as we need it to answer you and to follow up on your interest, and we delete it when you ask us to, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) you may ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, object to its use, or have it deleted. You may also complain to the National Privacy Commission.
